So the best way is to buy the mac version, right?

(assuming you run windows...)

From what I can tell - the best way to use Corona SDK for Windows is to buy the Mac version and use the trial on Windows.

Code and debug on Windows - but save the LUA files on your Mac. Then, *build* your release version on the Mac.

Is this *the way*?

I'm writing on my Mac because I'm about to kick off my first Corona project and I'm trying to find the "best practice".

As a native Android dev - I'm in Eclipse most of the time. I also use VS2010. I'm reading in the forums about the AddOn...

So - what would everyone recommend? Is anyone producing quality Corona apps on the Windows platform that they are compiling on the Mac for iDevices? TIA.

I run it on Windows an I love it, I personaly think its easier, but idk they both opperate a bit differently. You could do Android programming on Windows and then you could do iPhone programming on Mac...idk whatever is more convient for you.

I'm just looking at Corona today.

Most of the documentation does seem to be for the Mac. All the instructions and pictures are of Macs.
