It seems there is some company out there going after small shops who use in-app purchases. Check out the details here:

I'm assuming that Apple will eventually step up and put a stop to this. Until then, though, is this something we should be worried about?
I guess they are going after the ones that are making *MONEY* with In-App purchases. It would not make sense for them to go after everyone, the smaller ones that make no money will panic and stop.
Obviously there will be some sense out of this nonsense.
