Hello,
when i create images with double size for iphone 4 ( the smaller
ones for older iphone) , i find it's hard to set exact the double sizes (width and height), for example, i create an image in illustrator in 10x20 and i scaled it to 200%, make an artboard for it, and then export it as .png format, it it supposed to be 20x40, but with sometimes the result is 21x40 and sometimes is 21x42. So, i adjust the artboard a little bit to like 19x39, then the exported image is what i want : 20x40. But, how can you do this if you have a lot of images to make the doubled size ones? Is there any way in illustrator you export the exact size for an image as you set the size for the artboard? Any suggestion? I know this question sounds so dumb, i'm a newbie. And one more question: am i right to choose the 72 ppi resolution when export images? Sorry for my English. Thanks
