So which is the best way to design a blazing flame or a fire using Corona? (apart from Particle Candy) ?

Er.. I should have been clearer. I actually meant any other way like using particle effects, or some algorithm of some sorts which creates a flame effect. I know sprites are better.. but just curious. :-)
