Cannot Deauthorized Computer (waiting for Corona's support reply for 2 weeks)

I cannot deauthorized computer and I have already contacted support.
I followed the instruction but it did not work.
Support told me to wait for reply but I think around 2 weeks is to long for reply.

I guess that I subscription IOS only so I cannot deauthorized my window machine. Do I understand,right?

Hope Corona's stuff are keeping in touch in my case.

i just deauthorized them for you

you have ios and a trial verison of windows...so i deleted your windows trial

should work now
