Unable to Build from Corona

Following instructions under "Building your App using Corona". App name is per registration with Apple. Building to Device: iPhone + iPad. Code signing ID automatically filled in from Apple files. Attempting to save to folder not holding original Corona lua etc. files. Getting error message:

"An error occurred during the build. Please consult the Console logs (or the corresponding Terminal window) for more details."

No console window (bringing it up shows nothing). Can't find "Console logs" via MAC OSX spotlight.

target device successfully connected.

Appreciate guidance on where the "logs" may be located and/or troubleshoot advice. Thanks!

Are you opening Corona via "Corona Terminal", or just using the simulator icon?

Sorry if you are and it really is printing nothing, it's just an easy mistake to make so one of the first things I like to clarify.

Please let me know.

Peach :)

Peach, Thanks. Opening with the simulator BUT have since discovered that the connected device was not talking to the MAC. Will get back here as soon as I give it another try.

OK. Tried it again with the same error message (above).

Checking the Xcode Organizer window: connected device (an iPad2) shows green. Provisioning Profiles are OK. No data showing under Development/Device Logs in the Xcode Organizer window.

We're opening in Corona and have tried a different path (in addition to the default) and entering the App name given to Apple into the "Application name:" line. Still no go.

All help will be greatly appreciated and I only hope I may return the favor.

Thanks.

Hang tight (again). Using the Terminal, I see a build error (syntax err in a lua module I didn't care about). How embarrassing. I'll get back in a few.

OK. We're in. Thanks very much, Peach, for your offer of help!

Apologies, the time difference meant I wasn't around for these posts.

I'm glad you appear to be back on track but please do let me know if you have any more problems.

Peach :)
