Sprite Edges Showing Through Layers

I have been using Texture Packer to create repeatable background for my stages. I recently noticed on my Android that the edges of the sprites appear when layered, even though they are the same color. The tiles appear seamless on the simulator as they should. I assumed this was due to sprite artifacts and scaling when I looked at the Texture Packer forum. I thought this was a problem with Texture Packer, but then I noticed that sometimes the edge of the tile layered below shows through the top layer even though both are at 100% opacity. So at some points, I have two edges showing.

Also, some edges tend to appear and disappear when changing their x or y value. But when I am moving tiles I am moving the display they are held in. Should this be happening?

Any help would be awesome.
