background property for Widget.newTabBar workaround?

Background property for widget.newTabBar does not seem to be working. Tried providing the file name(e.g navBar.png) to the background property but got an error.

I don't believe this bug has been reported yet. Please submit a bug report with a test-case sample attached using this form:

Added case #10140

Still not sure how to keep track of this case. On the ansca site it shows a submission number #3323 and then get a case no of #10140. Tried searching for this case on bugs.anscamobile.com fogbugz site but could not track it.. Little confused..
