Corona recently supports auto selection of the last viewed as device, so if you chose the Galaxy skin, the next time you launch a corona project it will use the galaxy skin for instance. CPM unfortunately doesn't work with this new feature and thus defaults to the iPhone skin.

if you right-click a project and choose Edit Project you can set the device that project should use when launched with the button up in the toolbar.

If you want to try launching with something else, you can right-click a project and choose from the Launch With pop-up menu.
