Simulator rotation now makes me nauseous

The rotation animation for the latest Corona simulator makes me physically nauseous when I view it a few times. Like, literally and physically, I have to stop rotating the device in order to catch my breath and prevent some unpleasant, involuntary reactions that involve fluid ejecting through my mouth.

Is there any way that a future build could contain a rotation animation less likely to involve psychological trauma? I have consequently developed an unhealthy fear of rotating the Corona simulator, and like a Pavlovian reaction, I now even avoid turning my head for fear that the world will rotate strangely.

Some options:

* Please, for the mercy of God, allow a Simulator Preference to disable this demon-inspired animation.

* Rotate from the center of the device, so that the eye doesn't have to keep jumping all over the screen in response to rotation events. Anyways, that's how a human would do it using a real device.

* There is some weird clipping issue going on where the rotation animation of the skin itself gets clipped to the previous window region used by the simulator. The net result is that the edges of the simulator disappear because they are being clipped, resulting in an ugly animation.

* The simulated device output screen rotation doesn't match up at all with the rotation of the skin. This is probably for performance reasons, but the net result is that the animation is truly terrible, as if DreamWorks stole another movie idea from Pixar and only had two weeks to render an entire movie.

I understand that Ansca continues to push the envelope regarding features, but PLEASE do not submit your loyal followers to such brutal punishment in the name of experimental art.

Thank you!
