Someone has asked about one of our apps not being supported on their device... and I can't figure out why.

This is their device:

Here's our manifest stuff:

Screen layouts: SMALL NORMAL LARGE XLARGE
Required device features
android.hardware.screen.portrait
android.hardware.touchscreen

The only thing I can come up with is this portrait requirement. The device looks landscape...? But really for our app it doesn't matter. The portrait thing seems to be a default corona android thing in all of our apps - any way around that?
