PDF User guide

I think a pdf “Corona User guide” would be very useful. To read on an ipad for example…, when @ is off..., etc.

We had a nice PDF before in the beta phase but ANSCA decided that it is easier for them to fix the docs online and so they killed it. I wish it would be back, I hate the online documentation.
