Positions are off when I import a spit loq file

In my code after many tests and modifications I finally was able to replicate what is in Martian Controls with a single .png image of a rocket to follow a path that I have drawn.. Now that works perfect I wanted to add a special with a rocket that has an animation of fire bursting out that I have created in flash and using sprit loq. I quickly noticed that when I do the same function I did with my still .png rocket the sprit loq file does not have the same possessions.. it is off by a few pixels to the right.. How do I fix this!! Everything should work the same theoretically..

Thanks

Jake

By "Possessions" I assume you mean "positions". Why don't you post a code sample so we can tell what's going on?

Btw, I'll be updating Spriteloq and the API soon which may help with whatever problem you're experiencing.

Ok cool I'll wait for the update.. I don't want to provide my code just yet because I just took out the sprite loq files so it would be pointless to provide the code with no sprite loq files.. :/

My email correspondence with jakescarano is posted here for future reference:

Your reference point is off in your swfs. All images in corona have a centered reference point. The swfs have their own reference points based on the registration point in the swfs.

You need to realign your graphics in Flash or modify the reference point in Spriteloq. You see the magenta cross in the asset preview panel? It's off to the right. That's why the rocket position is off. It's got nothing to do with Spriteloq or the code so the next update won't make a difference. :)
