Hi guys,
I've created a plugin for those who are using notepad++ to edit lua.
For those who are not sure about the syntax of a function, simple input a letter or two then the list of API will shows up.
How to:
1.download notepad++, version 5.0 or above
2.turn on auto-completion by going to
-Settings>Preferences>Backup/Auto-Completion
-Check Enable auto-completion on each input and Function parameters hint on input
-Select Function completion
3.Download plugin at Download Site
4.Unzip lua.zip and copy lua.xml to C:\Program Files (x86)\Notepad++\plugins\APIs
5.Reopen notepad++
6.Enjoy
Please make a donation if you like it. :)
Nice!
I am temporarily going to make this a sticky, just for a week or two, to let Windows users see it.
Lovely thing to do for the community - good on you!
Peach Pellen :)
Thanks Peach
I hope everyone enjoys it.
I love using notepad++ now because I don't have to keep the API page opened.
Although I enjoy reading the APIs :P
Great stuff. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart for this contribution. I will be sure to donate.
Every once in a while such a thread pops up ..
Peach why wasn't my thread made sticky :(

just joking..
Hey Chinmay,
I know you're joking but it wasn't stickied because it was posted in "What's New" - stickies there are somewhat reserved for official use at present. (It's a constant effort keeping the forums clean, I tells ya!)
