I've suggested this free program to many people in the past but realized I haven't made a thread about it here yet and it may interest some of you.

It's called MajicRank and by entering in your app ID you can see it's ranking in the 8 "big" countries or choose to see it's rankings worldwide.

It shows rankings in the top 200 :)
