TableView missing arrow / custom image

So the 'hideArrow = false' param on widget.tableView() throws an error because it can't find 'image(widget_ios/tableView/rightArrow.png)'.
So is there a way to add an image to a tableView Cell?
I would like to add a custom image to some cells and a 'accessory' arrow to otheres.
