Purchased subscription, can't get out of trial mode.

I purchased the iOS subscription 2 days ago. Followed the instruction in the email to deauthorize, reinstall, reauthorize, remove some com files (if the first steps didn't work) and still can't get out of trial. It says my account is still in trial when clicking on Already Purchased button.

I have emailed the support two days ago and heard nothing back.

What's next? Any ideas?

if you are on a mac

first quit corona or make sure you are not running corona
goto your user/library/preference folder
delete up to three files in there that start with com.anscamobile.
relaunch corona. enter your credentials again.

on windows - i will have to get back to you.
