MapView Sample Project

I built the MapView demo for a device install. The build flagged the App with:

"Your application built but failed to pass Apple's validation tests.
Your application cannot be uploaded to the App Store until it passes Apple's validation tests, though you may install it directly to provisioned devices.

Executable=/Users/corona/Desktop/MapView.app/MapView
codesign_wrapper-0.7.5: using Apple CA for profile evaluation"

The validation test does not indicate what is not valid for Apple. Is any App made with the "native.newMapView" not acceptable by Apple? What is acceptable and what is not?
