Not a subscriber yet, first week testing and having problems with the build.

I should be able to use build in the simulator and produce a apk, shouldn't I?
I didn't get any errors building but couldn't install my apk on my device.
Very simple testapp just using the widget.newButton and playing som sounds, works fine in the simulator.
Tried installing on a Samsung Galaxy tab and a HTC Desire, just don't install. No other error messages.

Any ideas?
Or is this not possible if I don't subscribe?
If not, what does "Build for own device" mean?

Just read that maybe the UI APIs only work for IOS and not for android.
I mean, can't I use ex. widget.newButton on android?

Corona SDK requires you to build for "your own device" online.

Can anyone tell me how to do this?
I thought the simulator was using some online service when i click build in the simulator.

Newer mind, found my problem.
Was running jdk7 instead of jdk6.
Now my problem is that it cannot find jdk7, seems like it is not even looking for jdk6.
But I left this question in another thread.
