Hi all. I have already gone through the process of building an iphone application and getting it approved at the Apple Store. All the necessary steps are clearly documented in the DeviceBuildGuide pdf.

Is there any similar document which explains how to submit an application to the Android market? Do I need application Id, provisioning files ...
