I'd like to request adding an API to access the keychain on a device.

My main reason for this is because Apple has deprecated using the UDID in iOS5.
A simple replacement would be to create an app-specific UUID instead (that's U U ID).

Storing the UUID in the app's keychain would survive device restores and also app delete/reinstall.
