I am trying the Mapview example but it says to build for ios or xcode and I am trying to do that but the "build" button does not become active, what do I need to do? What is the code signing identity? Someone help please.

OK, I am trying to follow directions to obtain a code signing identity but when I click on this link:

http://developer.apple.com/iphone/manage/overview/index.action

I get :

"Access denied

You do not have access to the page you requested."

Are you a licensed Apple developer for iOS? (As in, you've paid the $99 fee to Apple and have access to the provisioning portal?)

I am able to login but it tells me access denied to the page in the link you guys have in your manual above, which I am trying to follow.
