i wish a full multitasking support.
so I could do calculations within my app also when its in the background.

still i have that notification problem, that
the notification listener is ONLY called when the app is in the foreground.

for the situation the app is in the background, for now
I only can define several Notifictaions for the future, but when the notification
itself happens, the info appears, BUT the Notification Lister itself is not called.

That makes me unable:
- to create a new notification within the notification listener function,
- readjust my 'next' notification text/badge icon number

I only could for example create 5 predefined Notifications, but after 5 Days
the app is not opened, there will no new Notification, before the app is
started again and I could create new notifications.
