casenum: 8238 fix creates problems (RESOLVED)

From change log:

1 2	"Android/Windows: Fixed bug where display.newImage() does not automatically letterbox images that exceed screen's bounds like it does on iOS/Mac. casenum: 8238"

If you set the 'isFullResolution' parameter for display.newImage() to true, does that fix it? See the reference docs for more info:
